Xinyuan Renaissance is an independent designer label, founded by Zhang Xinyuan in Beijing in 2017.

We firmly believe that our main duty is to create work worth treasuring and loving for a long time, and we feel a responsibility towards beauty. All our sourcing is done in-house, and every stage follows exacting technical standards and superb sewing craftsmanship, whether in the outward shape of each piece, its inner quality, or the way it is made and worn.

We cherish the art of making ‘doubles’. In the warp and weft of cloth, we create alter egos and masks that give the wearer roles, drama and stories, rich with gestures, craft and fantasies seldom revealed. Masterful tailoring and a fastidiousness about ideas elevate every piece we make.
